交流合作｜國家開發(fā)銀行蒞臨我會，攜手推進(jìn)海外倉行業(yè)發(fā)展

2025年5月16日，國家開發(fā)銀行（以下簡稱“國開行”）交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)部業(yè)務(wù)五處副處周念、干部李昀洲，評審管理部審查七處副處韓若宇到訪我會。國際倉儲與物流聯(lián)盟（以下簡稱“國際倉聯(lián)”）秘書處副秘書長、中國倉儲與配送協(xié)會（以下簡稱“中國倉協(xié)”）海外倉分會秘書長周武秀，國際倉聯(lián)項(xiàng)目總監(jiān)劉建萍熱情接待。
On May 16, 2025, Nian ZHOU and Yunzhou LI from Division Five of the Transportation Business Department, and Ruoyu HAN from Division Seven of the Review and Evaluation Department of the China Development Bank visited our federation. They were warmly welcomed by Nany ZHOU, Deputy Secretary General of The International Federation of Warehousing and Logistics (IFWL) and Secretary General of the Cross-border E-commerce and Overseas Hub Branch of the China Association of Warehousing and Distribution (CAWD), and Alina LIU, Project Director of IFWL.

會上，周武秀秘書長介紹了海外倉分會的重點(diǎn)工作方向，簡要分享了當(dāng)前海外倉行業(yè)在發(fā)展中面臨的共性問題，并表達(dá)了與國家開發(fā)銀行在融資支持方面開展合作的意愿。她指出，當(dāng)前國際貿(mào)易環(huán)境充滿機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)，我國企業(yè)在海外市場拓展的過程中，普遍希望能夠獲得更具針對性的金融服務(wù)支持，以更好地應(yīng)對區(qū)域市場變化和把握發(fā)展先機(jī)。

At the meeting, Secretary General Nany ZHOU introduced the key focus areas of the Overseas Hub Branch, briefly shared common challenges faced by the overseas warehousing industry, and expressed the intention to cooperate with China Development Bank in financing support. She pointed out that the current international trade environment is full of opportunities and challenges. Generally speaking, Chinese enterprises which are expanding into regional overseas markets hope to obtain more targeted financial services to better respond to market changes and seize development opportunities.

周處長表示，國開行將積極滿足符合政策導(dǎo)向的海外倉儲企業(yè)融資需求，鼓勵(lì)我會推薦具備發(fā)展?jié)摿蛯?shí)際融資計(jì)劃的重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目，以便開展深入溝通與對接，推動雙方合作共贏。

Director ZHOU, stated that China Development Bank will actively support the financing needs of overseas warehousing enterprises that align with policy guidelines, encouraged our federation to recommend projects with growth potential and concrete financing plans, and expressed interest of relevant enterprises to facilitate in-depth communication and coordination, promoting mutually beneficial cooperation.

此次會談不僅增進(jìn)了雙方的了解與合作意愿，也為后續(xù)的項(xiàng)目合作打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
This meeting not only enhanced mutual understanding and willingness to cooperate, but also laid a solid foundation for further in-depth project cooperation.

國際倉聯(lián)加拿大Alimasi CHEN、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展侯陳昊以在線方式參與會議，行政助理龔栗瑤參與接待。
