交流合作｜分會(huì)副秘書長(zhǎng)秦培勇赴資陽開展汽車座談交流

2025年5月，中國倉協(xié)海外倉分會(huì)兼職副秘書長(zhǎng)、四川省汽車貿(mào)易服務(wù)商會(huì)秘書長(zhǎng)秦培勇帶隊(duì)13人赴資陽市，與市政府相關(guān)部門和本地汽車企業(yè)代表共同進(jìn)行座談交流。會(huì)議由市政府副秘書長(zhǎng)鄧炳輝主持，副市長(zhǎng)張建紅出席會(huì)議并講話。張市長(zhǎng)對(duì)商會(huì)一行的到來表示歡迎，介紹了資陽汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展情況。她希望通過此次交流，雙方在汽車銷售、出口、零部件、改裝、金融等方面加強(qiáng)合作，挖掘合作潛力，推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目落地。

In May 2025, Peiyong QIN, part-time Deputy Secretary-General of the Overseas Warehouse Branch of the China Association of Warehousing and Distribution and Secretary-General of the Sichuan Automobile Trade Service Chamber of Commerce, led a 13-member delegation to Ziyang City for discussions with relevant municipal government departments and representatives of local automobile companies. The meeting was chaired by Binghui DENG, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Government, and attended by Vice Mayor Jianhong ZHANG, who delivered a welcome speech. Vice Mayor Zhang welcomed the delegation and introduced the development of Ziyang’s automobile industry. She expressed hope that the exchange would strengthen cooperation in vehicle sales, exports, parts, modifications, financial services, and other areas, explore collaboration potential, and promote project implementation.

市商務(wù)局局長(zhǎng)唐珽婷介紹了資陽汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)整體布局，播放了城市宣傳片，表示資陽擁有完整的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，未來將組織更多汽配企業(yè)參與交流，歡迎商會(huì)企業(yè)來資陽考察投資。
Tingting TANG, Director of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, presented an overview of Ziyang’s automobile industry and played a promotional video. She noted that Ziyang has a complete industrial chain and plans to organize more auto parts companies to participate in future exchanges. She warmly welcomed Chamber of Commerce enterprises to visit and invest in Ziyang.

秦秘書長(zhǎng)介紹了商會(huì)在整車貿(mào)易、配件供應(yīng)、保稅海外倉、金融服務(wù)等方面的資源，希望借助此次交流，建立長(zhǎng)期合作機(jī)制，推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目對(duì)接，實(shí)現(xiàn)資源共享、互利共贏。雙方重點(diǎn)圍繞主機(jī)廠發(fā)展、汽配出口、供應(yīng)鏈金融、海外市場(chǎng)拓展、線上引流等方面開展了深入交流。多家企業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)達(dá)成初步合作意向。

Secretary-General Qin presented the Chamber’s resources in vehicle trade, parts supply, bonded overseas warehouses, and financial services. He expressed hope to use this exchange to establish long-term cooperation mechanisms, promote project matchmaking, and achieve resource sharing and mutual benefits. Both parties conducted in-depth discussions focused on OEM development, auto parts exports, supply chain finance, overseas market expansion, and online customer acquisition. Several companies reached preliminary cooperation agreements on site.

本次座談會(huì)是商協(xié)會(huì)發(fā)揮橋梁紐帶作用、推動(dòng)政企合作、拓展國內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)的務(wù)實(shí)舉措，旨在推動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)互利共贏、促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目落地。雙方表示將保持聯(lián)系，持續(xù)推動(dòng)合作落地，共同助力資陽汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。
This symposium represents a pragmative initiative by the Chamber and industry associations to act as a bridge, promote government-enterprise cooperation, and expand both domestic and international markets. It aims to achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes while driving project implementation. Both parties committed to maintaining contact, continuing to promote cooperation, and jointly supporting the high-quality development of Ziyang’s automobile industry.

Representatives from the Sichuan Automobile Trade Service Chamber of Commerce, as well as automobile manufacturers, parts suppliers, and comprehensive industrial park enterprises in Ziyang, attended the symposium.
